Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and are glad to accept returns on all unused and unwashed, full-priced items within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging.

Final sale items include:

  • All items discounted from their original selling price on their product page are considered on-sale and are final sale.
  • Sitewide discounts of 20% off or more are considered final sale.
  • Certain seasonal items may be marked as final sale in their product description, and these are also final sale.

Return Procedures

Please note the following:

  • Returns must be shipped within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Shipping costs are not eligible for refunds.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • The item and its packaging must be in its original condition.

Please notify us of the return at, and include your name, order number, and list the items you would like to return.  Please also include a copy of your packing slip and make note of the items you are returning.

Please take extra care in packaging any breakable items.  We strongly suggest insuring your return package, as we are not responsible for any items broken in transit.  **We often package items in a second box for added protection.  If your order has been packed within two boxes we ask that it is returned in the same way for your protection and for ours.

Refund Policy

We will process your return within 2 business days of receipt and refund you using your original method of payment.  After the return is processed it may take several days for your credit card company to post the transaction.

Please note that we are only able to refund items to the original method of payment.  We are unable to issue store credit or offer exchanges, which is per our user agreement with our sales platform, Shopify.  We are unable to make any exceptions to this for any reason.

Damaged or Defective Items

Has something gone wrong?  We're here to help!  Please let us know within 72 hours of delivery if something is broken or defective, and we will gladly ship you a replacement.  Please email your request along with your order number and a picture of the item to
