We want you to be happy with your purchase and are glad to accept returns on all unwashed and unused, full-priced items within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.
All sale items are final sale. Items discounted from their original selling price are considered "on sale." Full-priced items purchased with promotional coupon codes are not considered final sale and are eligible for returns.
Please note the following:
- Returns must be shipped within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Shipping costs are not eligible for refunds.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- The item and its packaging must be in its original condition.

Please include your name, order number, and list the item(s) you would like to return so that we can be aware that your package is coming. Please include a copy of your invoice enclosed with your return and note the item(s) you are returning.
Please take extra care in packaging any breakable items. We strongly suggest insuring your return package and are not responsible for any items broken in transit.
We often utilize our manufacturers' packaging for additional protection. When shipping your return you must use an additional box to protect this packaging and add additional protection for your returned items.

We will process your return within 2 business days of receipt and refund you using your original method of payment. Once we have completed your refund, please note that due to credit card processing times, your refund may take several days to post to your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your purchase upon receipt to check that everything has arrived safely. While we strive to package everything with plenty of protection, sometimes things do break in transit. Please let us know within 48 hours of delivery if something is broken or defective, and we will gladly ship you a replacement. Please email your request along with your order number and a picture of the damaged item to email@example.com.
