Ordering and Shipping
All U.S. orders receive $10 Flat Rate Shipping. We use UPS Ground Shipping or USPS. Expedited shipping is not available through checkout at this time. Please see below for additional details on expedited shipping.
Upon placement of your order, you will receive a confirmation email. A second email with your tracking number will follow once we have created your shipping label. Please note that it can take an additional day or two for tracking information to post on the carrier's website.
Please allow up to 3 days for your order to be packed and shipped. We are located on the West Coast and transit time to the East Coast is typically 4-5 business days. Shipping to U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico can take up to 3 weeks.
Please ensure that your address is correct when you check out. Should UPS or USPS flag your address as requiring verification we will reach out to you by email to double check your address, which can delay your order. If we are unable to reach you we will not be able to ship your order and will fully refund you.
P. O. Boxes
We are unable to ship to P. O. boxes. If shipping to a P.O. Box is required, please contact us and we will directly quote USPS P.O. Box rates. If we are unable to reach you to confirm an alternative delivery address we will refund your order. Please note that these rates can quickly climb to $100 for larger packages, which is why we are unable to absorb the cost of P. O. box shipping.
Delivery Date Notice
While we will always ship your package in a timely manner with the delivery method you specify, we are unable to guarantee the delivery timelines of our carriers. Delays due to weather or high volume during the holiday season are beyond our control.
If you need your items urgently we are happy to do what we can to assist you. Please contact us with a summary of the items, telephone number and best time to reach you, and your delivery deadline, and we will work with you to find the shipping option that meets your needs. Expedited shipping rates will apply. Again, we are not responsible for delays on the part of the carrier. Please allow 24 hours for a reply Monday-Friday. email@example.com
We are not able to offer International Shipping from our store at this time. We hope to be able to do so in the future.
We are always happy to send your package to any freight forwarding service within the United States using our $10 flat rate shipping. Please note that our return and breakage policies apply to the delivery date at your freight forwarder, and not the ultimate delivery of your package abroad.
Secure Delivery and Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for stolen packages. As a small business we are unable to absorb the cost of stolen packages, and we request that our customers help us in ensuring a secure delivery. “Porch pirates” are an increasing problem, so please consider adding a signature for your protection, particularly on high-value packages. There is also the option to ship your items to your office or local UPS shipping center. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have any questions or concerns about this policy. Occasionally a package may be undeliverable, or a driver may not feel that they can securely deliver your package. Your UPS driver will take your package to a nearby authorized pick up center. The location details will be in your tracking information. This is at the discretion of the driver and is for the safety of your package.
If your package has been lost in transit please contact us and we will contact the carrier. Please note that we are not responsible for stolen packages. email@example.com
